Disco Mbobu provides a home for a group of highly skilled, absurdly talented creative types who are available for commissions in screenwriting, prose, music composition and production, film direction, painting, photography, graphic design, web design, corporate filmmaking and much more.
NEWS OCT 2008: Kenneth Branagh has been confirmed as Keri's mentor on the Guiding Lights scheme.
NEWS JUNE 2008: Keri has been selected for the 2008-09 Guiding Lights scheme, which is the UK's most high profile film mentoring initiative for, "25 up-and-coming film industry professionals". Keri was selected from hundreds of applicants and will now be matched with one of the UK's top screenwriters to undergo 12 months of mentoring and support to hopefully guide his career to the top echelons of the business!
NEWS JUNE 2008: The Graveyard Johnnys have confirmed a four date tour of Spain in August. Four cities are on the horizon for the Johnnys as they begin their quest for world domination, Castellana, Barcelona, Valencia and none other than Benidorm!
NEWS JUNE 2008: Disco's favourite band, 'The Graveyard Johnny's' have this week received three plays on Radio 1. The uber-cool Bethan Elfyn described the Johnny's as, "my new favourite band".
NEWS APRIL 2008: A Disco corporate film attracts Simon Cowell to the client's business! Disco's corporate work for Iris in 2006 did the trick, helping to attract none other than Simon Cowell to invest in Iris's Video Community website. Go Team Disco!
NEWS APRIL 2008: Keri has returned safely from Angola after filming the first part of the Wychwood Pictures documentary, 'Little Miss Landmine'. Below is an image of Keri in a flak jacket about to enter a live minefield!
NEWS MARCH 2008: Keri has signed onto direct a documentary titled, 'Little Miss Landmine', produced by Wychwood Pictures in London. He is shortly to travel to Angola to film the inaugural 'Miss Landmine' beauty pageant for landmine survivors.

Friend of Disco, Tasha Wyson, has now got a stunning new website, designed by none other than Liam of Team Disco, showcasing her incredible photographic talents featuring her many travels and many of the most famous bands in the world including: The Who, The Manic Street Preachers, Super Furry Animals, The Alarm, The Young Knives and of course Star of 59.
NEWS DEC 2007: Team Disco have said a sad bon voyage to Disco's son Rich as he embarks on a trip of epic proportions, crossing continents in search of Disco, whilst also creating the next bestselling existensial novel!
NEWS NOV 2007: Keri's close working relationship with Urban Way continues as his adapted screenplay, 'The Comedie of Errors', based on Shakespeare's classic farce, has been put into pre-production, due to shoot in Dubai in late 2008. See 'Films by Disco' to see just what this film is about!
NEWS NOV 2007: 'The Universe and Human Stupidity' is to be Keri's directorial debut. This is a surreal comedy drama about a lonely man suffering from a brain tumour desperately searching for love before he dies.
NEWS OCT 2007: Keri, working with Urban Way Productions, has been offered a development deal with the BBC for 'Who Cares?'.NEWS JULY 2007: Keri's screenplays, 'Who Cares?' and 'Heaven: The Passion of Chris' have been optioned by Urban Way Productions. Urban Way are a London based independent production company set up by Ray Panthaki (Kidulthood/Ali G In Da House/28 Days Later/City Rats).
NEWS NOV 2006: Keri's screenplay, 'Heaven:The Passion of Chris' has been selected by the Script Factory and NFTS for 6 months development by Maggi Townley, a Development Producer with extensive experience, including with Kudos Films.
NEWS JAN 2006: Congratulations to Rich who has successfully completed an MA in Creative Writing at the University of Swansea. He is now officially the cleverest man at Disco, not as clever as Disco himself of course but then he is much more than just a man.
NEWS MAY 2005: 'A DAY OUT WITH GWYN' won 'best screenplay' at the International Film School, Wales' 'Finest Films' awards. In a ceremony held at the UGC cinema in Cardiff on Thursday 09 June 2005, two of the the Disco team were presented with the award by legendary UK filmmaker Ken Russell.
